PwC Australia has beefed up its CMO Advisory and Customer Practice.

Dan Robins, Spotify’s former APAC head of automation and data, has joined the firm as director leading the media team while Nicky Bryson rejoins from TBWA as director, brand and consumer insights.

“Dan has extensive experience across the media spectrum and will help our clients solve the challenges they face across media strategy, spend, efficacy and measurement. As a champion of media transparency and efficacy, we look forward to Dan’s contribution to the work we are doing with clients to help them make the most of every media dollar they spend,” said Justin Papps, Partner, CMO Advisory.

“Nicky is well known and respected across the industry having recently launched “The Trenches” - a mentoring program for people in the marketing and advertising industry. Her passion for solving clients' most challenging business and marketing challenges drew her back to PwC, as well as the opportunity to further explore the way societal trends are influencing people’s interactions with organisations and brands,” Papps added.
