This is Flow, OMD, Salesforce, Atlassian, REA and Swisse named best places to work

This is Flow: Took third spot in Great Places to Work rankings for micro businesses, highest ranked of media and marketing services firms.

Three media and marketing firms have been included in the 2022 list of Australia’s 85 best places to work, with OMD and This is Flow scoring highly. Brands including Carnival, HP and Hilton also made the cut in a list dominated by IT firms.

Three media and marketing firms have been included in the 2022 list of Australia’s 85 best places to work.

Independent media agency This is Flow was ranked third in the micro business category for firms employing up to 29 people.

Affiliate marketing firm Commission Factory ranked 15th in the small business category, for organisations employing up to 99 people.

OMD was ranked 7th of medium-sized businesses (up to 999 staff), ahead of brands including cruise operator Carnival (18th), HP (20th) and Swisse (21st).

The large business category (1000+ employees) was topped by last year’s best-ranked company Cisco, followed by a reshuffling of Salesforce, Atlassian and REA in the rankings, with Hilton replacing DHL in the top five.

Overall, IT firms dominated the list of businesses ranked, based on a questionnaire completed by employees at businesses that undertake research firm Great Place to Work’s annual survey.
