Fetch TV updates C-suite to drive next growth phase

Australian IPTV network, Fetch TV, has made a series of executive leadership changes following the appointment of new CEO Dominic Arena.

It comes as the business reports a 20% subscriber growth for the first half of FY25, outlining its 'Fetch 2.0' strategy to accelerate the next phase of growth and repositioning Fetch as a modern Australian technology company. Fetch TV aims to scale to over 1 million households, reaching 3 million individuals by FY30.

"Fetch 2.0 is fundamentally about growing scale and profitability through optimisation of the core home entertainment platform business, while selectively extending our world-class products into relevant adjacencies. We’re investing in top-tier talent to capitalise upon our installed base of devices in around 715,000 homes, or 10% of Australian family households, comprising nearly 2 million unique individuals," said Arena.

Sarah Alder, formerly Fetch's Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed to the newly created role of as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and will lead key revenue-generating functions of Sales, Channels, Commercial Product Management and Advertising & Merchandising. Meanwhile, Caitlin Cottam has been promoted from the Finance unit to the CFO role.

Fernie Jasmine Abdul Ghani, the former Head of Group Strategic Communications and Marketing at Axiata Group, joins the company in the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer (CCO), leading Brand, Marketing, Creative Design, Communications, Customer Experience & Insights, and Customer Support functions.

Seek's Senior Manager of Regional Creative, Eileen Khor, also joins Fetch in the newly created role of Executive Director Brand, Product Marketing & Creative Design.

Finally, Israel Sage-Pickin joins Fetch TV in the newly created role of General Manager Sales & Channels, bringing 30 years’ of experience to Fetch TV in Business Development, National Account Management and Category Insight Management across FMCG, Telecoms and Consumer Electronics having worked with the likes of Telstra, Vita Group, BAT and Goodman Fielder.
