Ben Shepherd is the latest hire at Dentsu Media Danny Bass restructures his senior team.

Shepherd spent three years at OMD before stints at PwC, CHEP, Thinkerbell and Bain & Company.

Melanie McDonald, currently General Manager of investment for the Dentsu Media Group has been made Chief Commercial Officer.
