Constant Contact acquires Sitecore's Moosend marketing automation tools to bolster European presence
Constant Contact has acquired Moosend, an email marketing and automation platform, from Sitecore. This acquisition is intended to strengthen Constant Contact's presence in Europe and complement its existing SaaS marketing platform. Moosend will continue to power Sitecore's Send solution for both new and existing customers.
The acquisition is part of Constant Contact's broader global growth strategy. Moosend's established presence in the EMEA region provides Constant Contact with access to key international markets. This strategic move is expected to accelerate Constant Contact's support for small businesses globally. Financial terms were not disclosed.

"Moosend's established presence in EMEA provides us with valuable access to key international markets, allowing us to accelerate our support for small businesses across the globe."
Moosend offers white-label capabilities that will assist Constant Contact in expanding its digital marketing tools to more small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
