Admosis founder acquires stake in Willow & Blake

Daniel Copsey, founder of digital marketing agency Admosis, has acquired a minority stake in Melbourne-based creative agency Willow & Blake. The agency was founded by Jessica Hatzis and Bree Johnson, who are also known for co-founding the skincare brand frank body.

Hatzis and Johnson have been instrumental in building over $1 billion worth of consumer brands with their team. The new partnership aims to leverage Copsey's digital expertise alongside Willow & Blake's established creative and branding capabilities. Hatzis and Johnson will retain the majority stake in the agency and continue to lead its strategic vision.

"This new partnership marks an exciting chapter of growth for Willow & Blake. We’ve been quietly building a team of experts that are hungry and ready to create the next generation of game-changing brands. Having Dan and his team come on board as a partner gives us the strategic support we need to take Willow to the next level," stated Hatzis and Johnson.

Key initiatives resulting from this partnership include team expansion, investment in senior-level strategic and design expertise, and expanding service offerings. The agency also plans to grow its presence in key markets and pursue further growth in rebrands and strategic brand evolutions for consumer brands.

Copsey is a multi-award-winning Australian entrepreneur, business strategist, and philanthropist. His involvement spans various sectors, including advertising, hospitality, technology, and not-for-profit ventures. Copsey is also a co-founder and leader of TMSPC Group and has been recognised as Australian Business-Person of the Year at the CUB Awards.

Willow & Blake is recognised for its authentic storytelling and its ability to create impactful brands through strategy, visual identity, and voice. "Joining forces with Willow & Blake represents an exciting opportunity to create something truly special in the agency landscape. Together, we will focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive real results for our clients," said Copsey.

The partnership is set to enhance Willow & Blake's capabilities, particularly in digital marketing, while maintaining its strong foundation in creative and branding services.
