Oracle NetSuite has unveiled its latest innovation, NetSuite Text Enhance, a generative AI-powered tool designed to improve efficiency and accuracy across its suite of services. The new capability is embedded directly into the platform and is available to existing NetSuite users at no additional cost.

NetSuite Text Enhance is engineered to leverage company-specific and contextual data to produce data-driven and personalised content. It is intended to support various teams, including those in finance, HR, supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer service. The tool aims to increase productivity, reduce human error, improve consistency, and accelerate business processes.

The AI capabilities of NetSuite Text Enhance are built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring that enterprise data privacy and security are respected. The tool provides specific functionalities tailored to different departments, such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, marketing, HR, and customer support.

In addition to NetSuite Text Enhance, Oracle NetSuite is also introducing Generative AI for SuiteScript API. This new feature is designed to assist administrators and developers in adding and customising AI functionality within the platform.
