Ellipsis bolsters loyalty expertise with high-profile hires from Westpac, Metcash, Qantas

Ellipsis, an Australian customer loyalty consultancy, has made a significant move to strengthen its team with the appointment of three new executives. The new hires, who collectively bring over 60 years of experience in loyalty across various sectors, are set to expand the firm's capabilities in loyalty program performance management, customer analytics, and loyalty program design.

Lucy Wilkinson, former Director of Loyalty, Partnerships, Supplier Management, and Loyalty at Westpac, has joined as Principal, Loyalty Program Performance Management. Lee Martin, previously Head of Digital Channels and Head of Shopper Engagement at Metcash, has taken on the role of Principal, Customer Analytics. Kelly Casey, with over 25 years of global experience in loyalty program design and the commercial aspects of loyalty programs at firms including Qantas, Virgin Australia and T-Mobile, has joined as Principal Consultant.

Ellipsis CEO David Parsons expressed his excitement over the new additions, stating, "We are thrilled to have Lucy, Lee, and Kelly join the team, expanding our loyalty services and capabilities. They are proven experts in their fields of program management, customer analytics, and financial accounting, and are experienced at growing customer loyalty, optimising performance, and generating ROI."

Ellipsis Managing Partner Tim Tyler echoed Parsons' sentiments, adding, "Lucy, Lee, and Kelly’s appointments add further depth and strength to our core team, which now also includes Principal Alex Lehwaldt, former Deloitte Germany consultant, who heads up our strategy, based in Melbourne, and Simon Rowles, who brings 35 years’ international experience and heads up the Ellipsis Technology Practice."
