Intuit Mailchimp debuts new AI-driven tools for Australian businesses

Intuit Mailchimp has introduced a new suite of tools designed to assist Australian businesses in customer acquisition and data management by automating lead generation, providing smarter insights, and driving growth throughout the customer journey.

The tools were unveiled at the FWD: London event, following a similar event in Sydney. They leverage artificial intelligence to segment data and provide actionable insights using zero-party data.

New integrations with major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and LinkedIn are part of the rollout. These integrations are designed to streamline the lead-to-conversion journey, providing a more cohesive experience for businesses. Additionally, more than 100 new pop-up templates have been introduced, enabling targeted campaigns across various sectors.

The Metrics Visualizer is another feature of the new suite, offering over 40 performance analytics for email and SMS channels. This tool is expected to provide businesses with deeper insights into their marketing efforts. Upcoming features include new custom audience tools and the ability to import SMS contacts via API.

Regional Director, APAC, of Intuit Mailchimp, Anthony Capano, said: "SMBs and SMEs across Australia are facing high operating costs, tighter budgets, and reduced consumer spending.
