Victorian Government, Shameless Media team up for early childhood campaign via OMD

The Victorian Department of Education has launched a new campaign with Shameless Media to promote careers in early childhood education

The campaign, created in partnership with media agency OMD, is backed by the Victorian Government's investment in the early childhood sector, reflecting a strategic effort to address the growing demand for qualified educators in this field.

Central to the campaign is 'Kinder Conversations', an audio-first content series that has been integrated into Shameless Media's newly launched podcast, 'Inherited'. This series comprises 16 mid-roll segments, each lasting between 60 to 90 seconds. These segments feature personal stories from the Shameless Media team, recounting their experiences in kindergarten. The storytelling approach is intended to inspire interest in early childhood education by highlighting the rewarding nature of the profession.

OMD Create, the creative content division of OMD Australia, played a pivotal role in developing the partnership with Shameless Media.
